翻訳者として、主にテレビ局の報道番組や情報リサーチに携わる。
担当者とのコミュニケーションを密にとりながら、ニーズにあった情報を伝えている。

通訳者としては特にエンターテイメントやスポーツ分野に携わる。現場での空気感を大事に、スムーズかつ自然な通訳を意識している。

2019年は、フジロックフェスティバルにて DJ / プロデューサーのニコラ・クルスさんのアテンド通訳、歌手・声優のドナ・バークさんの通訳兼素材翻訳、カナダ女子レスリングのトーニャ・バービークさんのインタビュー通訳などに従事。

また、本サイトで海外ニュース・エンタメなどを扱った記事を書いている。

Japan and America based Translator / Researcher.

As a translator, Mika works mainly on news programs and research for television stations. She coordinates and communicates with people in charge of the programs to deliver precise and detailed information that meets and exceeds their requirements.

As an interpreter, she is particularly involved in the entertainment and sports industries. She is extremely attentive in regards to the atmosphere of her clients and provides a smooth, natural interpretation experience.

In 2019, she worked as an assistant to professional performing artists at the Fuji Rock Festival. She provided interpreting services for singer and voice actor Donna Burke. She also interpreted an interview for Canadian wrestler Tonya Verbeek.

In addition, she writes various articles in regards to international news stories on this site.
